Job Description

High-End Service is actively seeking a professional with working experience as a Factory Certified Appliance Repair Technician. We are looking for long-term employees with experience in the kitchen appliance repair field. As one of our service technicians, you will have a full schedule of service appointments throughout the week, both repair and maintenance, that takes you to beautiful homes to work on the world’s finest luxury appliances. We will provide everything you need to successfully represent High End Service. This includes the full support of a dedicated customer service team, as well as a great work-life balance. Our ideal candidate has technical experience with sealed systems, gas ranges/cooktops, can give white-glove customer service with professionalism and empathy while building a lasting relationship with the client. Our ideal candidate is punctual, methodical, mechanically inclined with an eagerness to continue learning and growing within High End Service.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Diagnostic evaluation and repair of appliances
  • Looking up parts and using laptop
  • Maintain truck stock inventory within company guidelines and standards
  • Follow truck maintenance schedule; keeping clean, neat, organized (Company-issued truck)
  • Adhering to all company policies, guidelines and procedures
  • Triage on-site issues to resolve quickly
  • Physical ability of repetitive lifting and maneuvering of appliances and heavy parts

Required Experience/Skills

  • Prior experience with appliance repair – 2 to 5 years preferred
  • Sealed System Equipment Required
  • Be knowledgeable about high-end refrigeration, cooking, dishwashing and laundry appliances
  • Pass drug screening, pass background check, valid driver’s license with clean driving history
  • Be able to lift 50 lbs., push 100 lbs., and pull 50 lbs.
  • Special consideration for those who are Certified High-End Luxury and/or have Sub-Zero, Wolf or Cove knowledge

Education

High School Diploma or G.E.D.

EPA License - or ability to get before start date

Pay & Benefits Summary

Commission: $80,000.00 - $120,000/annually
