Pro-MotionPix is growing and looking for a Full Time Dealership Photographer / Porter to join our team in the Fremont / Newark,  Ca area market.

The position is integral to our business, and will be responsible for servicing our excellent customer base by providing top-notch customer service and superior quality automotive photos. This full-time opportunity offers competitive compensation, great benefits, and a schedule of 8:30 am to 5:00 pm , Monday - Friday. It is perfect for one who enjoys life outside the confines of the cubicle.

Using your own reliable vehicle for transportation, job duties include following the scheduled stops, arriving at each dealership, walking all areas of the lot to find the cars on your list, moving the car to a staging area (must be able to drive stick), shooting a specific series of photos, and putting the car back. You will also need to talk to the manager at the dealership to let them know what was shot, what could not be shot for various reasons, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Learn the ins and outs of automotive photography; drawing upon your training to take high quality vehicle photos.
• Utilize your communication skills and customer-service orientation to develop lasting relationships with our customers.
• Call upon customers in your territory, daily, identifying inventory that require photos, staging each vehicle, and taking the shots.
• Partner with dealership and company management to get the job done as efficiently as possible.
• Represent Pro-MotionPix as the face of the company in your territory.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Possess a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record.
• Comfortable driving both manual and automatic transmissions.
• Exhibit excellent communication and problem solving skills.
• Comfortable working outside, amidst various weather elements.
• Customer-service minded; never backing down from a challenge.
• Self-motivated, thriving in an environment/field-based position.
• Comfortable with a computer, technology, and interested in learning about automotive photography.

COMPENSATION:

Photographers are paid $15.00 per hour, PLUS per car. Overall, including per car, the hourly rate can range from $17.00 to $22.00+ per hour, based on performance. Most photographers shoot 3-4 cars per hour worked.

Our proprietary software enables us to get these photos online FAST; assisting the end-customer in making those important purchasing decisions.
