A dedicated and experienced leader who has led multiple teams in support of company operations. Implemented point of use concepts, led 5S and Kanban efforts, led logistics functions to enhance productivity and quantify storage efficacy as an inventory manager. Equally proficient in team cohesion, unity, training, and leading or working alone.
Education
Associates Degree with Community College of the Air Force specialization in Logistics.
Experience
I lead two teams consisting of 3 leads and 24 personnel to provide point of use and right in time needs to reduce SPAN for aircraft maintenance.
The last position I held as an active duty member was Military Training Leader. I was apart of a team in charge of ensuring the continued training and conformity of military life for new recruits who graduated Basic Training and moved on to Technical Training.
