Experience
Created and implemented the company’s first Accountable Property System of Record (APSR) to manage and track tools, equipment and material at the base of operation and in the field. Responsible for planning, scheduling, budgeting and supply chain management as a subcontractor to multiple top-tier General Contractors. Oversaw the timeline and closure of 6 projects in 8 months, primarily on military installations (Eglin, Tyndall, NAS Pensacola) and had begun preliminary ACA contract planning on Hurlburt Field. Developed extensive proficiencies in project management software programs such as ProCore, GCPay, Textura, etc.
Oversaw the WRM program and the Expeditionary/Contingency Medical Materiel (ECMM) contractors at Hurlburt Field Medical Group. We facilitated the transformation of AF Special Operations Medical WRM by developing and implementing Integrated Logistics Support Plans, managing allowance standards, and optimizing medical supply chain and acquisition processes. Conducted Allowance Standard analysis and scheduling, while also providing subject matter expertise for deployable medical assets in technical meetings supporting modernization, deployment, and employment initiatives. Transformed medical equipment delivery by overseeing a critical ECMM asset modernization project, securing $4.5M in funding and ensuring vital life-saving devices reached combat medics in theater in the final months of a 20 year service commitment.
Directly managed a team of 28 multi-functional Airmen and civilians actioning 8 critical departments including Medical War Reserve Materiel, Contract Services, Acquisition Management, Storage and Distribution, Medical Equipment Management, and Facility Management. Monitored KPI’s for DMLSS, the Medical Group’s APSR for the installation’s medical equipment and the issue/replenishment system for all supported medical operations.
Senior enlisted leader of Hurlburt Field’s Innovation Cell, based out of the Hsu Foundation in Fort Walton Beach. Led a cross-functional team of Airmen, fielding true grassroots innovation at the lowest level. Oversaw or directly managed 21 projects in a little more than a year. Critical role in scaling 3 to the Air Force Program of Record level for full implementation. Aided multiple AFWERX Small Business Innovation Research sprints as a Phase I and II “Defense Need” evaluator, reviewing more than 100 proposals.
Instructed field and classroom didactics at the Medical Readiness Training Center in Camp Bullis, TX. Specific focus on AF War Reserve Material management, mobilization and sustainment during humanitarian and contingency operations. Created, modified and delivered Medical Logistics and Healthcare Technology Management curriculum with regard to the planning, packaging and transport of equipment, supplies and patients into and out of military Areas of Responsibility to a controlled point of care. Fixed a $23M APSR for the entire site, accounting for over 40 missing assets, and mitigated a $2M equipment investigation within weeks of signing into the installation.
