• Weekly operation update presentations to customers.

• Coordinate equipment needed to accomplish customers objectives.

• Review and assign technical and safety training for direct reports.

• Manage team of 8-12 MWD and Directional Drillers wellsite operations on various rigs in Gulf of Mexico.

• In house for customer acting as SLB project manager across multiple business lines.

• Recommend drilling tools and coordinate logistics through internal and outside vendors for equipment
needed to accomplish customers objectives.

• Control the trajectory of the wellbore using downhole data, tools, and techniques.
• Maintain official surveys after performing quality checks and applying appropriate corrections.
• Monitor for anticollision with surveys and projections ahead of bit using steering projections. 
• Observe drilling trends including torque and drag, hole cleaning, parameters, and LWD/MWD data.
• Perform field level maintenance and service on downhole tool. 
• In-house Drilling Engineer for client on Alaska North Slope 
• Communicate effectively with client and shop for logistics and performance.

• Experience 
Multiple laterals, UERD, MPD, Underreamers and downhole tools, Open hole sidetracks Rotary
steerable systems (push/point the bit), Mud Motor, Cement plug kickoff, Close approach wells.

• Provide real time downhole data with logging tools. 
• Provide official surveys after performing quality checks and applying appropriate corrections.
• Maintain a safety and learning record in accordance with company and client requirements. 
• Perform field level maintenance and service on all tool, sensors, and computers on job site.
