Role and Responsibilities
Job Description:
- Sources qualified active and passive candidates for critical positions for current and anticipated Grace HealthPros (GHP) and GHP Supplemental Staffing Client needs.
- Serves as a subject matter expert for assigned positions & region.
- Assist in gathering and organizing documents that are required for candidate submittal and review and follow up to ensure that they are received on time.
- Assist in onboarding accepted candidates in completing necessary HR paperwork.
Job Requirements:
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and Professionalism while making calls and documenting activity in our customer relationship management system.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage a variety of tasks at once.
- Comfortable with technology and proficient with the suite of Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Zip Recruiter, Indeed and other job boards a plus.
- Coordinate and schedule additional onboarding requirements such as drug screening, background checks, and health screening items, as needed.
