Small businesses rarely have the resources to hire for all of the needed positions within their organization. The reality is that large companies struggle with this same thing. It is for this reason that I have honed my skills in most every aspect of business so I can be of value to my employer in whatever capacity they need assistance, with the exception of accounting, there is no area of a business where I cannot provide value.
For the past 30-years, I have spent my career in leadership. Sales leadership, Marketing leadership and Operational leadership and my years in the military laid the foundation for me to build a successful career upon.

I am truly a jack of all trades and get my hands dirty kind of leader that specializes in a variety of areas whether it be change management, strategic planning, or research and development.
