I am an RF Engineer / Data Analyst that has been working in the telecom field for 20+ years: My experience includes, User acceptance testing, SQL queries, processing, analysis, optimization, and planning. The wireless technologies include LTE FDD/TDD, EVDO and CDMA2000 from multiple vendors including Ericsson, Nokia, ALU. I am seeking a position that utilizes my diverse background including data analyst, local RF engineering, RF planning, cluster optimization, trouble resolution, site construction (including design drawings, estimation and integration), drone pilot, data quality control and analysis.

General studies, 2 year degree.
Experience
Sprint Contract Partner, Senior Data Scientist, duties include testing for the EUTRAN CORE and RAN multi-dataset reporting system, PRTS (Performance Reporting Tool Suite). My primary responsibility is writing requirements for reports (LTE FDD/TDD, EVDO, CDMA) including the test and acceptance procedures. At the end of the development cycle I am responsible for beta testing and supervising the testing for internal customer acceptance.
Other duties include:
• Analysis of customer needs for new reports.
• Educating customers in navigation of the system for complex needs.
• Utilize MapInfo 12.0 as a standard to validate mapping accuracy within the toolset.
• Utilizing SQL in Aginity and Teradata to optimize efficiency of the toolset.
Digital Global Systems Partner, duties include; Building their radio units, designing networks, onsite installation and operation of radio units and antenna arrays, and drone pilot.
Other duties include:
• Using CelPlanner for network analysis.
• Working with software developers on drone location and mitigation.
• Site walks prior to deployment of antenna arrays.
• Laying out and setting up antenna arrays for drone location services.

• Assisting customers with vendor equipment trouble resolution
• Automation of data sets for ingest into planning tools with Microsoft Excel.
• AutoCAD creating and updating drawings for system enhancements
RF Engineer, working with multiple North American based customers. Duties include; drive testing, processing, analysis of data sets and operational metrics to recommend CDMA and EVDO parameter changes or additional hardware for cluster capacity. Other duties include:
• RF Planning for customer growth requirements utilizing Cell Planer
• Assisting customers with vendor equipment trouble resolution
• Creating of customer facing reports in MapInfo for knowledge transfer of the analytic results.
• AutoCAD creating and updating drawings for system enhancements
RF Engineer working in the Kansas City MTA, maintained and optimized a mature network. This consisted in the use of network metrics, drive tests and planning tools to determine cost effective ways of improving the network and identifying maintenance issues. Worked closely with the field technicians to monitor progress and system status when any changes to the production network were initiated.
