I drove a MATCO tool truck, sold, repaired tools as an authorized distributor with a weekly route, gave credit to customers who made weekly payments, did collections and tool returns. I went broke due to lack of Corporate disclosure that the 2 previous franchisee’s went bankrupt on this assigned route. The company was also slow at shipment of ordered tools which caused a loss of sales and customers.
