Job Description *

The ELMR Technical Analyst II will execute administrative actions on CNIC’s Enterprise Land Mobile Radio (ELMR) system via the Network Management Terminal (NMT) and Key Management Facility (KMF). Develop and produce data, metrics, reports and documentation as directed. Document executed actions for the development of historical records.

CompTIA Security +certification is required.

Job duties include the following:

• Creation of accounts in an Active Directory and Provisioning Manager

• Supporting the ELMR Enterprise and Region Managers by updating radio information in the NMT and KMF.

• Prepare internal and external reports through gathering, analyzing and summarizing data and information from multiple sources.

• Work with Program Manager and Region Managers for reporting deficiencies and outages across the ELMR enterprise. Prepares presentation materials for management reports to Regions.

• Evaluate and monitor the performance and efficiency of the ELMR system to identify potential risks.

• Work on overall project planning through reporting on project schedules and deliverables.

• Assist Region ELMR Managers by providing data entry support and gathering and analyzing system data.

• Provide support to the Program Manager, assist in the initiation, conducting and coordinating of studies and analysis on system resources.

• Timely response and data entry is required for all inquiries related to report requests

• Develop internal procedures for executed actions.

• Attendance and punctuality are critical aspects of this position.

• Other Duties as assigned.

 

Job Requirements

Education and Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six to nine months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

CompTIA Security +certification is required.

Transportation: This position requires driving government owned, CTI owned, personal owned or rental/leased vehicles. Employee must maintain driving eligibility throughout employment in accordance with state and local laws and the established CTI Vehicle Safety Policy.

Security Clearance: Must be eligible to obtain a DoD SECRET security clearance through a DoD NACLC background investigation. Employee must maintain eligibility throughout employment.
